Who you are dealing with

Matrix Jewellery is the trading name of Feras Elsawi, 111 New Union Street, Coventry, CV1 2NT, United Kingdom, an independent Coventry-based jewellery brand. "Matrix", "we" and "us" mean that business. You can reach us through the contact page, or by email at matrixenquires@gmail.com.

Matrix is an independent, online-only jewellery brand. There is no shop, showroom or walk-in service; please contact us by email or Instagram.

This website is enquiry-only

This website shows our work and how to contact us. You cannot buy or pay for anything through it, and it has no checkout or customer accounts. Images of designs and renders are illustrations, not photographs of finished pieces, and are not an offer.

The Private Design Studio

Our invitation-only Private Design Studio (studio.matrixjewellery.com) is for people aged 18 or over. You can ask for access, and Matrix decides each request personally. The Studio lets you design grillz tooth by tooth and send the design to us as a visual enquiry. A design sent through the Studio is an enquiry, not an order, a booking or a quotation, and nothing is charged or agreed through it. The Studio does not measure teeth or take impressions.

What an enquiry is

Sending us an enquiry by email or Instagram creates no order, booking or payment obligation, for you or for us. It does not reserve a piece, a price or a date. We may reply to talk your idea through, but we do not promise a reply or a piece.

Prices and quotations

The Studio shows a running design subtotal worked out per tooth from the metal, style and finish you choose. It is a guide to the cost of the teeth you have chosen. It is not a quotation, an offer or a final price: it does not include any impression kit, delivery or other charges that may apply. Matrix confirms a personalised quotation to you in writing, including any such charges, before anything is agreed or paid. Matrix is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to its prices. How long a quotation stays valid is stated in the quotation itself. Availability and timings are never promised on this website.

How a commission works

  1. You send a design or an idea as an enquiry. Matrix replies personally.
  2. Matrix sends you a personalised written quotation, confirmed by the Founder.
  3. If you accept the quotation and these terms, full payment is made before making begins, by one of the payment methods Matrix gives you in the quotation. Nothing is taken automatically through this website or the Studio.
  4. Custom grillz are made from impressions of your teeth. Matrix posts you an impression kit with instructions and return arrangements. Any charge for the kit, postage or delivery is stated in your quotation before you agree.
  5. Matrix makes your piece once it has impressions it can use. The quotation says what to expect on timing. Matrix does not promise a date on this website.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. The cancellation, remake and returns terms that apply to your commission are set out in your written quotation, and Matrix will not ask you to agree to anything that takes away a right the law gives you.

Cosmetic jewellery, not dental treatment

Grillz are removable cosmetic jewellery. Matrix does not provide dental diagnosis or treatment, and nothing we say is dental advice. If you have loose teeth, gum problems, braces or any other dental concerns, speak to a dentist.

Our work

Matrix keeps ownership of its design files and manufacturing information, and of the images and films on this website. Please do not copy them without asking.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law.
